Zafira Panoramic Roof Problems

So i have to wait another week i dont think so.

I ve owned a 2005 zafira 2 2 design for around 3 years and have had repeated problems with the panoramic roof. The zafira is known to have problems with the mass airflow sensor. It turned out that this had been a massive problem for bmw as the drainage holes from the panoramic roof were blocking prematurely flooding the spare wheel well and ruining the vehicles ecu s and had been sued to pay for repairs to affected vehicles. Through google i found a couple of other owners on different sites had experienced the same and the suggestion was to take it to vauxhall for a warranty repair because of a known issue.

If you have noticed that your zafira has lost performance and is running very poorly it is most likely the mass airflow sensor at fault. If your sunroof suddenly becomes stuck open and it s rainy or cold outside you ve got a major problem. The service manager said basically we can maybe get a zafira next week.
